Photos: NBA Playoffs Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat

Last night didn’t go exactly as the Miami Heat planned.

A day after LeBron James won his fourth MVP award in the past five seasons, everything from a Nike advertisement outside AmericanAirlines Arena to fan giveaways celebrated James.

Yet he scored just two first-half points before awakening with 24 total in the top-seeded Heat’s rare home loss to the fifth-seeded Chicago Bulls, 93-86.

Miami couldn’t get a shot to fall. With a week off following their series sweep of the Milwaukee Bucks, the Heat looked rusty, missing more than a double-digit amount of open shots.

Below are some photos I took before Game 1 of the second-round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. If Monday was any indication, the remaining games should be interesting, especially if Derrick Rose decides to finally return.
